Jonnetta "Coach" Chambers, M.A. is an international author, keynote speaker, master trainer and success strategist. She is the author of Success Does Not Come On a Silver Platter: 71 'Must Know' Strategies of 21st Century Successful People. Her refreshing, engaging and "no nonsense" style challenges and inspires those who dare to succeed!
Chambers is currently working on her Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership and Change, and has an educational background in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Organizational Communication, Business Administration and Speech Communication. She works with CEO's, Pastors, Community Leaders, For Profit and Non Profit Organizations, Government Agencies, Entrepreneurs, Students, and a medley of individuals from diverse backgrounds. She gained much of her professional experience working in the private business sector in various administrative and managerial positions. She is an advocate of personal and professional development as a prerequisite to achieving individual-to-organizational goals.
Chambers avails herself to work with individuals, companies and organizations in advisory, coaching, speaking and training capacities. She serves many entities as a Facilitator and Emcee, and delivers inspiration, education and training via Keynote Speeches, Conventions & Conference Presentations, Retreat Curricula, and Graduation Ceremony Speeches. In addition, she supports Women’s Programs, Youth Programs, Research Projects, Special Projects and delivers In-House Seminars. Her areas of expertise are in Leadership, Mentorship, Diversity (Acceptance & Inclusion), Diverse Work Styles, Goal-Setting and Achievement, and Team-Building.
Chambers is Founder and President of the Women in Focus™ FORUM and Women in Focus™ International Virtual FORUM, mentoring business networks for (wo)men in business, college students and teens. She has served on a wealth of Councils and Boards, is a member of the International Council for Women Business Owners, the Association of Black Women Entrepreneurs, and is a life-long, appointed member of the University of Redlands’ Whitehead Leadership Society. She is an adjunct professor for DeVry University Online and the California State University, San Bernardino, College of Extended Learning. Chambers has written for Professional Business Journals, Magazines and Newspapers on a variety of personal development, career development and business management issues.
